low backprogram
The Lower Back program begins with basic spinal stabilization exercises and progresses to more challenging, functional movements. Two critical elements in chronic low back pain rehabilitation are emphasized: the development of core muscle endurance and muscular coordination. Proper posture and lifting techniques are also addressed.kneeprogram
This exercise program improves the strength and function of muscles surrounding the knee. Joint pain is minimized through appropriate exercise modifications. Emphasis is placed on functional, weight-bearing exercise to develop co-contraction stability of the hamstrings and quadriceps. Special attention is given to proper knee alignment and development of strength and stability of the hip and ankle joints.shoulderprogram
This exercise program develops a strong and flexible shoulder. Muscular imbalances of the shoulder are addressed with special attention given to upper back and shoulder postural improvements. Exercises on unstable surfaces will develop an important sense of joint position, helping maintain shoulder stability during all movements. General strength exercises are modified to protect the shoulder joint while developing useful upper body strength.
